Shipping costs are not refundable, and those generated by changes or returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective items or errors in the item sent.
The soles of the shoes, like the rest of the shoe, must be clean and without traces of use. If not, we reserve the right not to make any exchanges or returns. When you receive the package, please try on the shoes on a smooth, clean floor, or on a carpet to prevent the soles from getting dirty.
In the case of textile items, they must not have stains, odors or any other signs of use.
For hygiene reasons, the socks cannot be exchanged or returned once the seal is opened.
